Are there any registration fees on top of the monthly price?
A one-time registration fee of EGP 150 applies for new students to cover enrollment and initial placement testing. This is separate from the monthly course fee and is charged only once, when you first join the academy.
Can I switch languages or plans after enrolling?
Yes, students can switch between English, French, and Arabic tracks or upgrade their plan at the start of a new month. Simply speak with our front desk team in Tanta at least a week before the next billing cycle to arrange the change.
Do you offer refunds if I miss classes?
We do not offer refunds for missed sessions, but students can reschedule up to two missed group classes per month, subject to availability. Private coaching sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice.
What is included in the course materials?
The Conversation Plus and Private Coaching plans include digital learning materials, while the Starter plan provides printed handouts. All plans include access to speaking practice exercises used during class sessions.
How do I pay for my course?
Payment is accepted monthly in cash or via bank transfer at our Tanta location. Full details on due dates and accepted payment methods are shared during your enrollment appointment with our staff.
Is there a trial class before I commit to a plan?
We offer a single trial session for new students at a reduced fee, allowing you to experience our teaching approach in English, French, or Arabic before selecting a monthly plan that suits your schedule and goals.
